Ideas for every moment of your wedding
I know choosing the music for every moment can feel overwhelming, so here are some suggestions in case you feel a bit lost. You don't have to follow them to the letter: they're just a starting point, and we'll fine-tune the final list together before the big day.
Ceremony
From the entrance to the exit
Groom's entrance
Usually plays right before the bride's entrance, while guests are taking their seats.
Bride's entrance
The most anticipated moment of the ceremony, usually the one chosen with the most care.
Readings
Soft instrumental music in the background, at a very low volume, while someone reads a text or a poem.
Ring bearer entrance
A short, very visual moment: something delicate that accompanies it without stealing the spotlight.
Vows
Here it's common to lower the volume a lot or go completely silent, so the vows can be heard clearly.
Final exit of the ceremony
You're now married: here the energy can jump up all at once, so you leave to applause.
Cocktail hour and banquet
From the cocktail hour to dessert
Cocktail hour entrance
The classic crowd-pleaser that never fails: the whole room recognises it in two seconds. With a Catalan touch included.
Banquet entrance
When you sit down for dinner, to welcome the room with energy.
First course
In a traditional wedding (not a chill-out one), an upbeat song plays from minute one as each course is brought out, to lift the room for a moment. While you eat, I bring it back down to a relaxed background vibe.
Second course
Same as the first: an upbeat song as the course is served, then soft background music again while you eat.
Sorbet
The sorbet is also announced with something lively and short, before lowering the volume again to continue the dinner.
Dessert and cake cutting
A sweet, photogenic moment: here the energy can be raised almost all the way, leading into the dancing.
Special moment
Gift dedication
Song for when gifts are given to parents, godparents, etc.
I don't give a fixed list here, because this is one of the most personal parts of the wedding. My recommendation: think about the person the gift is for and choose something they truly love, not just something you like.
- For your mother: a song you know she loves, or one that reminds her of you
- For your father: the same — something he truly connects with
- For godparents or older relatives: songs from their era usually move them more than a current hit
- If nothing comes to mind, just tell me and I'll help you find the right song for each person
Dancing
Surprise dance or choreography
Want to prepare a surprise dance or choreography?
It's possible, and it's one of the parts guests enjoy the most. I can put together a mashup of several songs tailored to the steps you've prepared, with the rhythm changes exactly where you need them. This custom edit comes with an extra cost on top of the base service, but it's no problem to arrange.
- Tell me the base song(s) and the approximate length of the choreography
- I'll prepare the edit with the cuts and rhythm changes wherever you tell me
- We rehearse the audio together before the day so it fits the steps perfectly

Use the suggestions above as a guide, or write your own straight away. You can add as many songs or links as you like for each moment, rename any moment, or add a new one wherever it's needed (for example, a bridesmaids' entrance between the groom's and the bride's). When you're done, hit send and it all reaches me neatly organised on WhatsApp.
